Stage 03 — How we workYou'll know what's being built, why, and when it ships — at every step. Most first versions launch in 8–14 weeks.
We interview your sales, ops, and support teams, map your current process end to end, and audit the tools and data you have today. We're looking for the friction your team has stopped noticing — the retyping, the chasing, the "let me check and get back to you". Deliverable: written findings report — yours to keep either way
Clickable prototypes of your key screens, a data model, an integration map, and a fixed scope with pricing. This is where "custom CRM" stops being abstract — you'll click through your own future system before committing.Deliverable: approved blueprint + fixed price — before a line of production code
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. You test on a staging environment with your real workflows, and feedback is folded into the next sprint. No six-week silences, no big reveal at the end.Deliverable: working demo every two weeks on staging
We connect your existing tools, migrate and deduplicate historical data, and run parallel operation so nothing falls through during the switch. Your team verifies a sample of migrated records before we call it done.Deliverable: verified data + live integrations, running in parallel
Role-based training sessions, short video guides for your team, and hyper-care support for the first 30 days while habits form. Adoption is a deliverable here, not a hope.Deliverable: trained team + 30 days of hyper-care
Quarterly reviews of usage data and a prioritized roadmap. Your CRM keeps pace with your business instead of becoming next year's legacy system.Deliverable: quarterly roadmap reviews on a predictable retainer
The number you approve at the end of the blueprint phase is the number you pay. Scope changes are priced as separate, explicit decisions — never absorbed into surprise invoices.
If you haven't seen working software in the last fourteen days, something is wrong. Regular demos keep the build honest and catch misunderstandings while they're cheap to fix.
Source code, database, documentation, and infrastructure accounts are in your name from day one. If we ever stopped existing, your system wouldn't.
